Toyota Lift Kits

Pro Comp Suspension is proud to announce the release of the 2007 Toyota Tundra 4wd Double Cab 6" suspension systems. One piece drop-down cross members and high strength extended steering knuckles preserve factory suspension and steering geometry. Stage II systems feature MX 2.75c series coil over front shocks and MX6 adjustable rear shocks for outstanding ride comfort and handling. Stage I systems are available with spacers for the factory front struts and ES9000 rear shock absorbers to deliver factory ride quality. Approximate installation time for complete suspension system is 6-8 hours by a certified mechanic. 6" of lift allows the use of 35" x 12.50" tires on 18" diameter rims up to 9" wide with up to 5.5" backspacing and 35" x 12.50" tires on 20" diameter rims up to 9" wide with up to 6"backspacing.

2006 - 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser 4WD Strut Extension

2.25" Level-It Lift System

Strut Extension - Most late-model 1/2-ton trucks and SUVs utilize a coilover strut for the front suspension; the shock and coil spring are together in one compact unit. A simple strut extension is utilized on these applications. This involves adding an application-specific spacer to the top of the factory strut assembly. This method does not preload the factory coil spring (which firms-up ride quality) or over-extend the factory shock. No modifications to factory-installed parts are required and no time-consuming disassembly of the factory strut is needed. The strut extension is easily removable should the vehicle need to be returned to stock, and some applications include modified extension stops if needed. Level-It strut extensions are the most cost-effective and efficient way to level the stance of your late-model truck

2005-2008 Tacoma PreRunner and 4x4

100% made in the USA 1/4" steel construction, laser cut and welded to precision tolerances.

Each 3" kit contains two strut mounts (including nuts and studs), full color instructions and complete alignment specs as well as lifting blocks and u-bolts for the rear-- all packed into a 7"x7" box weighing 9 pounds.

Allows fitting of up to 33" tires (285/70 x 17) on stock offset wheels, 32" on aftermarket wheels with similar to stock offset (test fit tire and wheel package as every company uses a different measuring tape).

Increases ground clearance over traditional bracket type lift kits even without the use of larger wheels and tires for those interested in getting the most out of their truck for recreational or construction use.

Ride Quality - The Truxxx kit does not change preload and maintains the stock smooth ride. Other kits get their lift from increasing preload on the spring. This means that the ride is harsher and less compliant. This is a big issue for many consumers.

Installation of the Truxxx kit requires no disassembly of the strut.Other kits require the disassembly of the strut in order to install their kit. This means that a strut compressor is required (special tools) which not every shop has. Also, if the strut is reassembled slightly crooked (no positive indexing on the strut!) then the assembly will have to be disassembled and straightened. This happens fairly often. Because of the strut disassembly/reassembly the installation time is about DOUBLE that of the Truxxx kit.

Truxxx Lift/Level kit does not require any after installation maintenance (no need to re-torque the mounting bolts ) Other kits must be re-torqued after 6-12,000 miles because of its polyurethane construction (plastic flexes under load).
